My Story
With over 18 years of dedicated experience, my journey into the realm of health and wellness began in 1999, fueled by a lifelong passion for healing and a desire to fulfill my mother’s dream of entering the medical field. Like any aspiring physician, I embarked on a rigorous academic path, punctuated by moments of profound fulfillment as I began treating patients during my residency. It was during this time that my deep appreciation for medicine truly blossomed.
Initially, I adhered strictly to the principles and practices of conventional, evidence-based medicine. However, driven by my intuition, I was constantly seeking to understand the root causes of patients’ issues and explore ways to minimize medical intervention.
A pivotal shift occurred when personal health challenges faced by my son and myself revealed the limitations of traditional methods in addressing the complex interplay of our body’s systems and underlying causes. I dedicated several years to studying materials which could give answers to my questions. These studies and my intuition led me to integrative health approaches.
Today, I am a fervent advocate for integrative health, which I believe represents the future of medicine—a discipline that not only addresses symptoms but also seeks to understand and treat the root causes of illness, promoting vibrant and sustainable well-being. My practice is dedicated to guiding individuals towards holistic health, harmoniously combining the best of conventional medicine with evidence-based alternative therapies to achieve optimal health outcomes.
